With the aim to enhance individual skills and development and improve the service IWEC offers, a variety of training courses have been completed by IWEC employees throughout 2011/12. Additional to maintaining the legislative requirements and supporting individuals through academic study, apprenticeships and work experience, recent training undertaken includes;
- ILM Level 5 Award in Management (6 employees)
- ILM Skills for Managing Project and Organisational Efficiency (6 employees)
- ILM Level 3 Award in First Line Management (7 employees)
- Sage Line 50 Accounts Advanced (2 employees)
- Sage Intermediate Sage Payroll (2 employees)
- IOSH Managing Safely (7 employees)
